I have stayed at this place before, and I would definitely go back without hesitation, as it only took me 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

Very peaceful hotel with hard-working staff with good service, liked our staying. The location was top in the really comfortable area. We didn't feel like leaving, can't recommend highly enough.

The room was well laid out and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was varied and delicious and offered a lot of savoury food.

The suite featured an exceptionally comfortable bed, a terrace, a kitchenette area, and a safe, with private parking available at the back of the venue.

Its clean and the hotelrooms are spacious.

The indoor swimmingpool was adults only, so we were not able to swim with our baby, because the watertemperature of the outdoor pool was way too cold. We selected this hotel expecially for their indoor swiming pool, so it was quite a dissapointment that we were not allowed to go to the indoor-swimmingpool with our one year old baby. Booked.net did not mention this.

We stood at check in for just over an hour as they advised our children had not been reserved and we had to pay additional. There was also a problem with the spa vouchers.

This place was really nice, well-kept, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. the service was top-notch, and I found the surroundings to be quiet and peaceful, not too far from a lovely garden, a restaurant,...  

What I liked most about the hotel is its location overlooking the sea and the town of Puerto Cruz with Mount Teide as a backdrop. A spectacular and unforgetably beautiful vista. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was of a good standard. Great...

The poolside bar here is a great addition that I will definitely enjoy again when I return to the area of Santa Ursula.

Old tv with limited channels. Standard of live entertainment was poor.

Children not allowed in the inside pool, no where written in the site. Left credit card on file, when tried to make a call from the room, they told me I had to leave a €20 cash deposit. Then went for dinner they asked me to pay my expenses in cash. Hotel is old and falling apart. Photos are very deceiving. What was a good deal initially became overpriced due to lack of quality.
